SOS Sonoma County Counseling

SOS is a collective of mental health therapists who share the goal of helping people of all backgrounds live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. SOS has 3 program divisions: community clinics, Team Success (school-based counseling), and Juvenile Diversion (citation/mandated counseling). We offer sliding scale services at our clinics starting at $50/session. Services are offered either in-person or through telehealth. Our community clinics are located in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Cloverdale.

COA: Council on Aging

Council on Aging Services for Seniors is a private 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization which has been providing services for Sonoma County citizens over the age of 60 since 1966. The area’s beautiful surroundings, safe atmosphere, and senior housing have attracted over 137,000 older adults to this community. In fact, Santa Rosa is ranked 6th in the nation for cities having the highest population over 85 years of age

The Area Agency on Aging

The mission of the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is to provide leadership, services and advocacy to promote the dignity, independence and quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities and their caregivers.
