Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Schedule: 3-5 days a week. (Part time option: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Full time Monday-Friday)

Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in beautiful Santa Rosa, CA. Founded in 1989, OSPT is a 100% physical therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on personalized, compassionate care and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do:
- Share a patient caseload with 2 experienced PTs
- Provide skilled treatments with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, balance training, manual therapy, and patient education
- Document with WebPT EMR with integrated HEP program and billing on a company-provided laptop
Who We’re Looking For:
- A licensed California PTA or licensed applicant
- Someone passionate about orthopedic rehab and patient-centered care
- New grads welcome — mentorship and support provided
