Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy was established in 1989, it is a 100% physical therapist owned private clinic. Our therapy team specializes in orthopedic rehab in an outpatient setting. OSPT is seeking a Part/Fulltime Time Physical Therapist Assistant in our Santa Rosa clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to join our practice and work in a professional and caring environment. We provide a warm atmosphere where patients can enjoy their experience while optimizing their functional recovery. We have a focus on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education for their independence.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant that would like a caseload that shares the patient load with the PT about 50% of the visits, with a focus on patient care. The clinic is open to see patients Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:30, allowing weekends off for work/life balance.

New grads are welcome to apply knowing they will have guidance and mentorship from a clinically and academically established PT and PTA team onsite full time.

Our clinic features a full gym with traditional exercise equipment and Pilates Reformer equipment. We have private treatment rooms, and and open floor plan with treatment tables in the gym area too. Our PTAs share their caseload equally to provide continuity of care on a variety of orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehab patients. Documentation is fully supported with WebPT EMR with integrated HEP program and billing, on a company provided laptop.

At OSPT you can provide one-on-one individualized care to every patient.

Education Qualifications:
Possession of a current California PTA license is required, or be a licensed applicant.
