Sarina Ferguson, PT, DPT, CEO
Sarina graduated from Sacramento State University in 2004 with a BS in Kinesiology, Therapeutic Exercise and Rehabilitation, and a minor in Psychology. She went on to earn her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2006, also from Sacramento State. After working as a Physical Therapist in hospital and clinic settings for 9 years, she returned to school to complete her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University while working as a full time Physical Therapist at OSPT.
As a certified LSVT BIG practitioner, Sarina specializes in Parkinson’s disease treatment. She also has advanced training for orthopedic injures with training in the Graston Technique, Strain Counter-Strain, and custom foot-orthotic casting and fitting. With a particular interest in treating athletes of all ages and geriatrics, Sarina combines manual therapy, instrument-assisted myofascial release, Pilates, proprioception/balance training, and kinseotape strategies to tailor a rehabilitation plan to each individual patient.
Before becoming a Physical Therapist, Sarina was a competitive gymnast for the NCAA Division 1 Women’s Gymnastics Team at Sacramento State University. Keeping connected to her roots, she volunteers as a consultant for her pre-college gymnastics club in Santa Rosa, focusing on injury prevention and helping injured gymnasts return to competition safely.
Outside of work, Sarina enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and hiking with her family.

Robin Samay, MS, PT
Robin earned her BS in Physiology from UC Davis in 1984 and her MS in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 1988. She became part of the OSPT team in 1990 and has since built a distinguished career in the field.
Specializing in spinal and joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, McConnell taping, muscle energy techniques, pelvic and lower extremity rehab, shoulder and knee rehabilitation, trunk stabilization programs, and osteoporosis treatment, Robin is dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of function. She also holds a Pilates Mat Certification, further enhancing her approach to rehabilitation.
Outside of her clinical work, Robin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, often hiking, boating, wakeboarding, or gardening.

Anna Marincovich, PT, DPT
A proud Santa Rosa native and alumna of Montgomery High School (go Vikings!), Anna earned her BA in Geography from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2008 before finding her passion for physical therapy. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 at the University of Saint Augustine in San Marcos, CA.
Anna is a certified vestibular therapist, specializing in treating vertigo and BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). Kelsey Abear, PTA-LA
Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2017. After several years of working in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings in Nevada, she relocated to Sonoma County in 2022. In 2025, she completed her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico.
Kelsey’s path to becoming a PTA was inspired by her hands-on experience as a rehabilitation technician, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of individualized, evidence-based care in restoring mobility and independence. Her approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to helping patients reach their personal goals.
Outside the clinic, Kelsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and their Australian Shepherd, Otis. Whether it’s relaxing by the river or exploring the coast at Bodega Bay, she values a balanced lifestyle that blends professional purpose with meaningful connection and time in nature.

Amairani, originally from Marin County and now residing in Sonoma County, has been a valued member of OSPT since 2017. With a strong foundation in customer service and organizational skills, she began her journey with us as a front desk receptionist at our Oakmont clinic and has since advanced to the role of Billing Coordinator, overseeing both of our office locations.
Amairani is dedicated to ensuring that our patients’ scheduling is accurate and that billing processes run smoothly. She is the go-to expert for any questions regarding insurance benefits or out-of-pocket expenses, always ready to provide clear and helpful answers.
Outside of work, Amairani enjoys exploring hiking trails, whether along the coast or in the mountains, attending live music events, reading, traveling, and spending time with her playful cat, Miso.

Robert Leavitt, PT, MPT, OCS, JSCC
Robert “Rob” graduated from UC Davis in 1993 with a degree in Physical Education before earning his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1995. Prior to pursuing physical therapy, Rob proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a strong foundation of discipline and dedication.
Rob’s commitment to continually expanding his knowledge and refining his skills as a physical therapist has been a lifelong pursuit. In 2006 and again in 2016, he became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a prestigious certification granted by the American Physical Therapy Association, recognizing his advanced expertise in orthopedic physical therapy.
In addition to his orthopedic specialization, Rob is a certified clinical instructor, dedicated to mentoring and advancing the skills of physical therapy students. He also holds a certification in LSVT BIG, a highly effective exercise regimen for addressing the neuromuscular and orthopedic challenges associated with Parkinson’s Disease.
