My experiences atOSPT have been nothing but the best! The office staff have been helpful, warm,and efficient. From my first phone call asking for an appointment to the last cheerful "have a good day!", I have felt welcome. However, the most amazing part of the entire experience is Carolyn. I have never hadphysical therapy and had no idea what to expect.  What I received was a miracle wrapped up in a physical therapist's body.  She is an excellent listener, and tuned in to the most minor responses. She is firm when necessary (sometimes I need that), and always supportive. I have never before left any medical-type facility and said,  "Oh, I can't wait to come back!" That's how Carolyn (and all of the group) make me feel. I am only sorry that only 6 sessions were approved. In fact, I'd move in with you if I could!
